1. General Terms

From time to time, duvnexo.com may provide promotional offers, discount codes, special pricing, or other promotional benefits. Each offer may be subject to specific conditions displayed at the time the promotion is made available.

Promotional purchases remain subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy. Where an eligible promotional purchase is returned and approved for a refund, the refund will be based on the amount actually paid after the applicable discount.

8. Errors and Misuse

We may correct an obvious promotional, pricing, or technical error where permitted by applicable law. Promotions may also be refused or cancelled where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive use.

9. Changes to Promotions

We may modify, extend, suspend, or end a promotion in accordance with its stated conditions and applicable law. Changes will not affect rights that have already arisen from completed transactions where those rights are protected by applicable law.
